Shottenkirk Honda always provides superb vehicle maintenance. Their service personnel, especially Scott Rocket, are polite and helpful. On this visit, Scott made sure I understood the repairs my vehicle needed and those that I could delay until a later visit. I will certainly return next time maintenance is necessary.

If you have a Honda and want amazing customer service go see Scott Rocket! He’s the best there is in making sure you vehicle needs are taken care of 100%. As woman it can be intimating at times to go in and try to just explain the problem without sounding dumb or being misunderstood. I’ve been going to Honda service center for about 7 years now and will forever be a Honda lady as long as Scott’s there! From our family to yours Thank you!!

I took my new CRV into the dealer and it only took 45 minutes. They were able to take out the screw from the tire, patch and repair tire. They were also very kind.

Pretty good place to shop for a Honda. My only disliking was not being told the APR until late in the finance process and not being able to have the $895 worry free care removed from the vehicle price.

Service is always good, however, i am not a fan of the computer system texting to tell me what the service technician recommends. It is very impersonal and you can’t discuss the issues. Another thing is when I made the appointment the computer asked if I had a certain Service Attendant that I would like to work with. I requested a certain person but worked with another person. What’s the point in asking? I have always had a good experience but not today.

Lighter not working; they replaced fuse and didn’t charge me. NICE! Safety check said old civic is good. Extra NICE!! Offered me $2k for car. NICE!!!

Shottenkirk service department always delivers and does a great job! Dropped by today to get an oil change without an appointment and they worked me in.

Zero stars. I began speaking with the sales man named DEWAYNE HILL around 8:30 a.m. came to an agreement on a price of a used vehicle then sent me to finance to shop interest rates. I checked in with Dewayne at 12:30, 2:30 and At 4:30 pm where he told me "good news, I'm heading to the accounting room to get you interest rate and I believe you are going to be happy." He then calls to tell me " we have good and bad news." "Good news is that we have your interest rate very low, bad news is we sold the vehicle from under you." This news came hours after settling on a price on the vehicle and the dealership running my credit. I demanded to speak with a sales manager about this. Mr. Kevin McCarthy tried telling me "I apologize but this is how things go." "We have so many different salesmen/ managers here that we didn't know another deal was being made on the vehicle." zero professionalism, zero respect for my time, took zero responsibility for what transpired, then tried to belittle my knowledge of the process. Pathetic and incompetent sales team to say the least. Very disappointed in Shottenkirk Honda. If you want upfront and honesty, I would strongly consider shopping elsewhere. Hopefully this finds its way to Mr. Shottenkirk -Michael Frenette

I had an appointment to have a part installed and they took care of me very well and in a very timely manner.

While I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced I decided to test drive a Prolouge. The salesman that was supposed to help me had me take a seat at his desk and then walked off. After nearly fifteen minutes I got tired of waiting for him to return and left. Your sales staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are not meeting even the minimum standards of a professional sales staff especially in light of how much a new vehicle costs now. Hire better sales people and get rid of the failures you have in there now. They are dragging down your dealership and will cost you customers in the long run.

They called me several times to schedule a convenient time for me to bring my CRV in. They quickly took my car back and only took 40 minutes after their estimate of one hour. Mike Weens also had my car washed and the area around my replaced gear shift. It looked fabulous . This dealership has gone out of their way to take very good care of my car.

They were thorough and informed me of needed service quickly. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable.

My car was in for the morning for a Warranty recall. The car was checked in right away, and then I took advantage of the courtesy service back to my house. The car was completed earlier than expected. The service was performed very much to my satisfaction.

Great place, respectful workers, just don't be in a hurry. Even with appointment expect 90 minutes for oil change.
