Shottenkirk Honda always provides superb vehicle maintenance. Their service personnel, especially Scott Rocket, are polite and helpful. On this visit, Scott made sure I understood the repairs my vehicle needed and those that I could delay until a later visit. I will certainly return next time maintenance is necessary.

Pretty good place to shop for a Honda. My only disliking was not being told the APR until late in the finance process and not being able to have the $895 worry free care removed from the vehicle price.

Service is always good, however, i am not a fan of the computer system texting to tell me what the service technician recommends. It is very impersonal and you can’t discuss the issues. Another thing is when I made the appointment the computer asked if I had a certain Service Attendant that I would like to work with. I requested a certain person but worked with another person. What’s the point in asking? I have always had a good experience but not today.

Zero stars. I began speaking with the sales man named DEWAYNE HILL around 8:30 a.m. came to an agreement on a price of a used vehicle then sent me to finance to shop interest rates. I checked in with Dewayne at 12:30, 2:30 and At 4:30 pm where he told me "good news, I'm heading to the accounting room to get you interest rate and I believe you are going to be happy." He then calls to tell me " we have good and bad news." "Good news is that we have your interest rate very low, bad news is we sold the vehicle from under you." This news came hours after settling on a price on the vehicle and the dealership running my credit. I demanded to speak with a sales manager about this. Mr. Kevin McCarthy tried telling me "I apologize but this is how things go." "We have so many different salesmen/ managers here that we didn't know another deal was being made on the vehicle." zero professionalism, zero respect for my time, took zero responsibility for what transpired, then tried to belittle my knowledge of the process. Pathetic and incompetent sales team to say the least. Very disappointed in Shottenkirk Honda. If you want upfront and honesty, I would strongly consider shopping elsewhere. Hopefully this finds its way to Mr. Shottenkirk -Michael Frenette

While I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced I decided to test drive a Prolouge. The salesman that was supposed to help me had me take a seat at his desk and then walked off. After nearly fifteen minutes I got tired of waiting for him to return and left. Your sales staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are not meeting even the minimum standards of a professional sales staff especially in light of how much a new vehicle costs now. Hire better sales people and get rid of the failures you have in there now. They are dragging down your dealership and will cost you customers in the long run.

They called me several times to schedule a convenient time for me to bring my CRV in. They quickly took my car back and only took 40 minutes after their estimate of one hour. Mike Weens also had my car washed and the area around my replaced gear shift. It looked fabulous . This dealership has gone out of their way to take very good care of my car.

They were professional and friendly from the person receiving my key fob, the person doing the paperwork, the coordinating of my transportation to work, the driver (super sweet), to the gentlemen that called to notify me when the car was ready.
