I wish we had started our journey in buying our new Honda Odyssey with Rob. We wasted a full week of frustration and time with multiple visits, calls, and contacts at another Honda dealership in a nearby town who kept giving us promises and expectations they couldn't meet. So, we contacted Shottenkirk of Huntsville late the following Friday afternoon by phone, Rob arranged a reservation time for us first thing the next morning, and shortly after lunch on Saturday we were driving our new vehicle off the lot with an overall better deal. My intentions were just to test drive a Honda Passport, however I had a set of criteria to be met in order to make a deal. We were greeted in the parking lot by Scooter, and also introduced to the floor manager Lazlo shortly after. These two worked together to make my dream come true, and they were actually able to meet all of my needs and get me driving off the lot in a brand new car that day. They truly went above and beyond to make this happen and put me in the vehicle I wanted while sticking to my budget! Will be returning to Shottenkirk in the future! Had a great experience. Took car in for recall and service, expecting to drop it and pick up another day. Scott Rockett said they could have it done same day!
